Awesome! Wow there's a reason to get fit right there!
I used to get a feeling kind of like that riding my motorbike around the Great Ocean Rd in Victoria...
It's a really windy road and requires total concentration. At that level of concentration there are moments when everything just seems to slow right down and you can experience moments of bliss. Living totally in the moment and nowhere else!
Thanks showing all these other great ways to be totally present in this moment without having to speed on public roads... :)
